"Had him make a visit just before the cold season started. Unsure if my gas fireplace had ever been inspected or cleaned - as the previous owner didn't leave any details. Yes, it took time to get the service scheduled - but there's only a few good companies out there - and a big demand for their work. He was early, professional and prepared. Took steps to ensure the house remained clean. Explained what he was going to do. Shared what he saw and heard. Cleaned and tested. Offered to enhance our fireplace - but NO high pressure tactics. He had fair pricing and was done in a decent amount of time. Certainly will again next year."
