"Dan was one of the most helpful guys we found in our search for a fireplace insert. He was not only friendly, but he had a great knowledge of his products and explained everything to us so completely. Talk about customer service! A piece was incorrect in his shipment and he drove to Milwaukee just to pick it up so he could finish the installation in one day. You don't get that kind of service very often anymore.
