"Dan was great to work with at every stage of the process. He was considerate of our pets, living space and schedules. The fireplace looks and works great. I would certainly recommend this company. "

"Dan was one of the most helpful guys we found in our search for a fireplace insert. He was not only friendly, but he had a great knowledge of his products and explained everything to us so completely. Talk about customer service! A piece was incorrect in his shipment and he drove to Milwaukee just to pick it up so he could finish the installation in one day. You don't get that kind of service very often anymore. Dan -- we really appreciated you and enjoyed meeting you. Barry and Margo Pufahl"

"Recently I had Dan from Fireplace TechniciansLLC and another man in my home installing an electric fireplace in place of my old wood burning fireplace. Their work was efficient and neat. A tarp was laid over the carpet and when they had finished there was no mess. They were pleasant to work with and explained the working of my new fireplace well. Now I can be warm whenever I want without finding wood or having to remove ashes. Andrea Turke"

"We bought a house with a beautiful but worthless fireplace. 100% of the heat went straight up. Sure it looked pretty but ... no heat. Spent one winter freezing our butts off. We needed a wood burner. I reached out to five different vendors from Madison, Baraboo and Columbus. Four of the five came out to the house to review and give bids. After meeting with Dan, I knew he was our guy. Dan is awesome. Super professional, super knowledgable. His estimate was the cheapest but that is not why we went with him. We went with him because it was obvious he actually cared about what he was doing. I can't say that about all the other vendors as we were just a number to them. Communication with Dan was perfect. We always knew where we were at during the process. Dan took away any anxiousness I had. I strongly recommend Dan and Fireplace Technicians. Great service and just a nice, friendly dude. We've been using the fireplace for a couple weeks now and it is awesome. Ruth the dog has a new cozy spot! Thanks, Dan!"
